WANTED- 31 People to Help Put Smiles on Faces!

Please join us for an informative session on how you and your dog can learn to be a Therapy Dog Team! Have you always wanted to do Therapy work with your dog? Do you have a busy schedule and can't make a weekly commitment? We are looking for a minimum 31 people (so we have at least one person per day) who can commit to one day a month of visiting a facility and putting smiles on resident's faces! We will go over what is needed to get started and answer all of your questions.

This seminar is on September 12, 2010 from Noon until 3:00 pm and will be held at the Dude Ranch Pet Resort.

• The difference between Animal Assisted Activities and Animal Assisted Therapy- and why it matters
• What training you and your dog partner will need
• What certification you and your canine companion will need
• Tips on what "tricks" are good to have trained
